How to make payments to Your Credit Direct Wallet Account
To make a payment, simply open your bank’s app or portal and initiate a transfer to your Credit Direct 10-digit wallet account number and remember to select Credit Direct as the bank name.
When making a transfer, if your bank app prompts you to select the bank name first, please choose “Credit Direct” and then enter your wallet account number. If it prompts you to enter the account number first, input your wallet account number and then select “Credit Direct” as the bank.
Note: Before confirming the payment, ensure that your name appears as the account holder.
